This is an external training, owned by the Diputació de Barcelona, and which is specifically intended for municipal technical staff. The Gender and Policy Research Line of the ICPS participates as leading trainers of the Course. This Course aims to introduce the gender perspective in the different phases of the strategic planning of the municipal action (diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation), provide practical tools to incorporate the gender perspective within the own scope of work, promote the gender mainstreaming in different municipal areas making them co-responsible in the municipal gender strategy, and practicing, through experimentation, this introduction of the gender perspective in the policies, actions, actions that are carried out from any council or service.
