The Catalonia Political Parties Dictionary  (20th century)  was the result of a research started in 1995 by the Political and Social Sciences Institut and conducted by specialists in Political Science and History. The goal of the research was the establishment of an exhaustive Parties census that existed in Catalonia along the 20th century and to make a singularized study of each one of them (exceptionally it was included some political parties of the last period 19th century parties that they had  direct connection with them). The research had two grants awarded respectively by the General Direction  for Scientific and Technical Research (DGICYT) of the Ministry of Education and Culture (PB94-1285) and by the General Direction for Research of the Commissioner for Universities and Research of the Catalonia Government (1995 SGR 00374).

In 2000 year the Dictionary was published in printed edition and now it’s available on line (download here)
